From what I've read, it looks like it is more user friendly than Constant Contact.Would those of you who use MC agree with that statement or is there a learning curve to either of them before one can create professional looking marketing emails?

Right, but you still called the guy to ask a question you could have easily found the answer to on the internet, likely from the very same phone you called him with.That tells him either:A) You don't know how to find homes on the internet and thus are probably not worth his time.orB) You think your time is more valuable than his.Either of these are likely to get you a dismissive, blow-off response.

Aweber has by far the best deliverability and in my experience is extrememly user friendly.

Now hit the internet and search for BPO companies, but don't waste your money on a list that many people sell - they are free if you do a little research.

I use Huntington banks simply because I like their online system for personal banking, although their business online side is not real user friendly.
