I consider parking spaces, sounds silly but 2 cars per unit plus possible desire for guest parking means 8-10 spaces, which is a decent size parking lot assuming all cars need independent access.

AB1506 will make us the real estate industry in California back 20 years ago, the situation when the law is a city of rent management, regardless of the new, condo, SFR independent housing, building, Parker, regardless of the guest moved out of the move, can not add rent.

The ideal professional would be independent, ambitious, own commercial real estate themselves, and local/familiar with the Houston/Texas market.

Plenty of small independent HVAC guys out there.  

I've heard that unlike smaller independent companies who put liens on properties, social services won't be stubborn and hold up the sale.

I have not found insurance for an LLC to be particularly more difficult than for me as individual but if you use one of the big brand insurance companies some don't like to write those kind of policies so you have to find an independent insurance broker to write the policy.

I have no real estate investing experience but I find the subject extremely fascinating and viable in regards to creating greater financial independence.
