Local Houston Commercial CPA

I am currently working with partners to purchase a commercial investment property and we are seeking an experienced CPA/Tax Adviser to support us through the process. Specifically, we are working towards purchasing a commercial property with one company and operating it through a second. We would like to position the second company so that it can optimally grow with future commercial purchases. Our intention is to purchase the property using funds from us, family & friends, self-directed IRA(s), and financing.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a CPA/Tax Adviser who may be interested in supporting this venture? The ideal professional would be independent, ambitious, own commercial real estate themselves, and local/familiar with the Houston/Texas market.
