Hello Forum-We have a MI park under a contract with high occupancy, strong financials & a strong metro/town, however, we’re finding a number of banks are not moving ahead with underwriting approval due to the fact that we are out of town investors or they don’t invest in MHPs.If anyone knows of MI banks (ideally Western MI area) that invest in MHPs under $1M, please advise.Thanks

Hit Google and go to a mobile site and get some ideal of what comprable mobile homes in terms of size, year, number of bedrooms etc. are selling for in YOUR area.

a general rule of thumb for the ideal kitchen flow is a TRIANGLE anchored by the Fridge, Stove, Sink.

A water leak can in or under a house can produce conditions ideal for their growth.

I ran into a similar situation, and chose to keep the property even though it wasn't ideal, as a way to expand my portfolio without having to shell out any more money.

Not ideal but it was a great 1st project.
