In syndications its all about picking jockeys rather than the horse.

We are on this forum to give and receive help and this should be a "safe" place where we can share and learn without the fear of people jumping down our throats, riding on our backs and repeatedly kicking us in the butt.

Start with what you can afford (time, money, etc.) and expand upon that until you are riding a huge wave of marketing.And listen to @Jerryll Noorden. 

I am currently in June coming to the end of my lease on a very dated place with 1.3 acres and extremely high rent (thank you COVID, "perks" & Southlake, TX) however the rental property was advertised with a riding lawnmower.

But if you invest in an area that is more than a round trip car ride in one day plan on buying at least 5 in that area to achieve some economies of scale.

If you are tapped out on wanting more work, let it ride and enjoy your strong cashflow.

And I personally wouldn't theme the place for bikers, as they're a seasonal audience (many of which don't ride in the fall due to leaves on the roads).

I ride my bike in my neighborhood and have found 2 deals that way, and got both of them with seller financing.
