I recently had complaints of them smoking pot in the hallway and laundry room.Also our cleaning lady said they shove the 2 year in the hallway to play by herself in 20 degree weather with a diaper and no shoes on.. she has had to grab her as she tried to wander out the front door this week. 

By investing in your network by attending meetups, going to grab coffee/lunch, you can seriously shorten the time span it takes to learn from mistakes... because then you can just learn from other's mistakes and tap into their network of contractors/vendors for your own projects! 

But if you are on an outparcel and its near the road with great visibility, you are likely to not only grab the "off hours" type of clients, but also the ones that are headed to the ER or hospital but they don't want to deal with the hassle of getting in and out of a hospital building.  

An example of something that becomes RE might be a tenant adding hand rails on steps, grab bars in a shower, cabinet hardware or a fireplace mantel.

Anyone out there in CT that wants to grab a coffee and talk building some apartments? 

Unfortunately what they wouldn't see is that I live in a house that needs a lot of work and was bought at a distressed price.I get it that anyone can grab the LLC and find my address online...but not all tenants are rocket scientists.

Lot of that stuff is a money grab from these trainers.
