Experienced Commercial Construction Builder and Real Estate Agent Investment Property

Josh Markowitz
Posted

Hello All,

I have 17 years of experience in the commercial construction industry building everything from $1m office reno's to $500m hospitals. I am a real estate agent in New Haven, CT with Seabury Hill Realtors specializing in investment properties. I have owned/renovated multifamily and single family's as investment properties in New Haven and have recently sold them because of the high market . I am looking to get into the next level and build some apartments (specifically lower income units). The housing in New Haven is lacking in this market. Is there anyone on this board that would like to connect? I have a wealth of knowledge and can manage the project in house to save costs of a GC or CM. I just need the right person or group to connect to plan and fund something like this. Anyone out there in CT that wants to grab a coffee and talk building some apartments?
