These kids had an extension cord running from our tenants  apartment & were running a torpedo LP gas heater & BBQ inside the garage.

Originally I calculated this out assuming tenants pay utilites, but then I found out they don't have separate meters, and landlords pay electric, gas, and water. 

Gas/oil? 

I had to put on a rubber roof on the flat spot on the roof to fix the leak and I completely renovated the unit it was leaking into.

I also did not state I get a new demo to drive and gas allowance, so it makes it tougher as I am very comfortable.

The only thing I see that concerns me is subprime auto loans, but I'm not entirely sure how that leak would form.

We had a leak in the kitchen and had to tear out the kitchen because the cabinets got ruined.

Gas and electric companies have to report to them, they approve rate increases, and customers can lodge complaints via the PUC.

Are you sure both houses are on the same electric, gas and water meters?
