Hey @Joseph Smith, Ive replied to similar posts a few times int he past and am a current investor with two of your three mentioned (although I didnt invest with the third, I do have some experiences with them as well).A couple others have pointed out some differences, I appreciate those insights but would also look at the structure and reporting.

I made another Facebook account and posted one room for rent and got banned again immediately. 

MLS listing that we offered asking price plus no contingencies and remaining clear out of property post move.

On the other hand I'm very sympathetic to @Kyle J.s post.

Just have insurance, perhaps also an umbrella policy, and be a good landlord and keep your property in good repair.The llc issue is posted almost everyday.
