For example, if an applicant says that they do not have any pets but their pet screening report shows that they have purchased $300 worth of pet food in the last three months, this could be a red flag that they are trying to deceive you.Another issue that you should be aware of is fraud.

The food and drink scene here is great and there are lots of mom and pop shops instead of big chain stores.  

Theres always going to be people who moan and whine but at the end of the day unless they're putting food on the table or cash in the pocket or at the very least is constructive in some way their opinion is absolutely irrelevant i.e "ugh please don't".

You need to bring a contractor in take a look see what else can go wrong est repair cost etc.

You could have inserted food, water, air, and shown an even more dramatic result. 100 percent of hard drug addicts started by eating!

There’s no excuse why there isn’t an answer within 3 days showing how much you’re approved for, or what’s stopping you for getting approved, what your Official Loan Estimate is, etc.I do believe the program is awesome, but perhaps the intake and the process needs to be adjusted so that everyone who is part of the program can work together to get it done.
