Some of what he is doing I would call red flags.

They have a good track record and do HML and DSCR For Sure - regarding Keco Capital - best way to gauge reputation / legitimacy is google - I googled them and didn't see any red flags, but didn't see any reviews.

If you so not like what you see, you can negotiate purchase price or terms...or both, or exit the contract.I would say make your agent request a walk0thru within 48-hours of contract acceptance...if there are red flags, they will spot them and you can exit early without paying $500 for an inspection

Them offering to pay more than asking is kinda a red flag for me though.  

This is setting off red flags in my head.I am halting the build until this product is removed and replaced by Tyvek.

And things that are a red flag for me may be fine for someone more aggressive.

Characterizations of income is the same whether held in your personal name or inside an LLC.If you and your wife own the LLC and you and your wife are personally living inside the house that the LLC owns for personal purposes.

I guess they would probably sell for market value, but are they going to flood the market, increasing supply to the point that prices flag?
