I live in a major vacation destination with 2 massive lakes and a world famous fishing river.

Nope, so far, on average people are actually in the property 3-4 hours a day, usually they are out enjoying their vacation, checking out local restaurants, hanging on the beach, fishing, kayaking, who knows.
