That's very pretty much what I do. 90% of rents don't even read the ad, so I wish Zillow had a system that made applicants read the ad first or had some kind of pre-qualifying system landlords could use before allowing applicants to fire off an inquiry.

Things could get messy in the event of fires, accidents, resulting insurance claims for example.

There have been some violations from the county Fire Chief that need to be resolved by the seller and at this time all units are occupied.

South Mpls is a huge area and I would say for a rule of thumb here the further south you go the better off you are in terms of crime and safety.

Home got very nasty and we called the city health and safety office and they sent in an inspector and he testified in court the home was uninhabitable and they tenants had to leave.
