@Robyn Calvin I use a combination of data coming from reonomy (I'm not affiliated with them in any way) and county data coming from the county website.

First is if the renter wants to pay by credit card via my website, which company offers the best rate and service?

As I move forward in my real estate investing career I commit to sharing as much as possible and helping others in the same way this website and podcast has helped me so far.

I have a property in the Lents neighborhood that is just getting finished up with phase 1 of the rehab.

If you have guidance on how to best start a project like this and what I would be asking the surveyor and engineering report request would look like (I'm unclear on what to even ask for).Thank again and If we can work together through this process I would certainly feel the obligation to ensure that you were the sellers agent for finished products.

We had to wait a bit for the family members of the tenant to move out the belongings and our handyman had to finish another job, so this turn did take us about 1 month to get filled.

They wanted to make sure if the project went over budget, I would have the funds to finish the job.
