Can you imagine, I wouldn't be able to enter the property for fear of an attack and the existing fence would not contain this giant.

I know this story sounds crazy but it is true, but the worse part about the whole thing is that my father removed himself and my mother to put my uncle on the title (out of fear) and did so without letting anyone know.

I do think the market will slow down after September with higher rates and mid term elections could bring more fear to the market.

Maybe he just doesn't know and was hoping to get responses that would "feel" helpful.I'm sure it wasn't your intent, but, some of are new here and are here to learn, but when responses such as those are given, it might be a tad difficult for some to step out and ask questions for fear that they'll be made to look like idiots publicly.
