We have just started looking to add a 3/2 SF, as a rental, in the suburbs of Miami but are finding it extremely hard to find anything reasonably priced (and that would allow the 1% Rule for rentals).I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge base from BP.

My favorite part is the podcast.That podcast has helped me get through many shifts.The podcast recently led me to Mike Butler’s book Landlording on Auto Pilot.This leads me to the reason for this post.I’m sure most of you know we had an extreme winter in Wisconsin this year.

Union Investment, a top shareholder in the bank, was among the protesters at the annual meeting on Friday, and was quoted as saying, “The share price performance is a tragedy, a lot of investor confidence has been lost; the capital raisings do not make it better.”Top management has also come under extreme fire for this as well for the bank’s high litigation costs, referring to 5 billion Euros paid out over the last 5 years in settlements and litigation-related costs.

I did some quick research and found that the house is owned free and clear, They have a lien on the house that has not been satisfied and has acculumated $150.00 a day since October 2012 (about $98,000) There is no HOA it is the city territory.My questions is would you all ever consider taking control of these types of properies with a lease/sub lease or entering it in to a land trust and rent it out?
