I've just recently discovered BP and I'm so impressed with the amount of information and guidance offered here!

My husband and I own some SF properties in our area, including a 2/2 condo on Miami Beach. We have just started looking to add a 3/2 SF, as a rental, in the suburbs of Miami but are finding it extremely hard to find anything reasonably priced (and that would allow the 1% Rule for rentals).

I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge base from BP. Thank you!
