To get to the point, I am feeling alot of external pressure to give up on the house hacking "dream" and just buy a single family home to live in. 

The focal point should be where to get in touch with you ie: phone number, web site.

I am looking to find as close to a "one stop shop" for viewing foreclosures / distressed properties instead of having to view a half dozen, or more, bank web sites.

I went to my first meeting for this investing club in my area and for the past 2 months or so I’ve been reading and searching on the web for everything on investing.

There is a lot of good information on the web so you do not need to spend much to get the latest info from the field.

I am looking to advertize/ market for investors in my area in local newspapers and websites. Are there any legal issues I should be aware of in writing an advertizment in looking for possible investors?

Their next landlord, should they run a background check or look at the county web site, will see it.

The floors are maintained but the stairways reek of spider webs.
