You did not describe the program: larger targets allow syndication for instance. 

 think in this instances you can have a dialog with the incoming tenant and you both decide what works.

Either way, go through and measure the signal to make sure it's strong throughout, invest in extensions if it's not.

I don't know what the police can do in these instances though.
