His work was excellent but SLOW and after a couple of months he just stopped helping and complained a lot.   

I’ve found that my premiums on my multis are generally higher than my competitors but like has been previously stated it’s not about the premiums I pay, it’s about having a financially strong company with excellent claims service if and when the need arises.

It’s an excellent place to start, and can answer many of your questions.

Tenant Alpha has great rental history for the past year in this home and also from before moving in, and he makes EXCELLENT income where he COULD afford 100% of the rent on his own without help.

Some places will require you to re-key the place to match their system, and some may require their photographer to go in and shoot the place ext ext. 

I'll be renting out my place for the first time in a few months and I'm wondering where I can get an excellent Rental Lease Agreement that I can easily customize for my local jurisdiction (or have it customized).
