I live in a great location for outdoor recreation where every year vacationers come to enjoy the hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and other opportunities the area has to offer. 

You still enjoy the tax benefits and principal pay down and you get the benefit of the cash out and the benefit of the cash flow. 

Too many people want a deal under their belt and forget they have to enjoy living there too.

I rather enjoy owning/running a business.
