Denise Holliday, one of the partners there does a lot of educational pieces that I have attended and she's also a Judge and she's the person that trains our Judges. 

Best advice would be to absorb as much info here as you can...there are plenty of webinars, educational forums and of course the community knowledge with a great group of all backgrounds of real estate investing.

I have been educating myself now for the last three and half months on wholesaling down here in Miami.

I personally think you have a lot more education that needs to be done before you even consider "investing" in anything at this point.

I've been educating myself and saving up money for about a year now and am finally ready to take action!

Before you start looking for properties make sure you are educated.

While not my first choice based on personal comfort, financially it does seem most sensible.I think I need to educate myself more on the ins and outs of renting before making a decision.
