Whomever answers the phones at your offices will need to prepare to take on the role as technical helpdesk becasue anytime anyone has a problem or they don't know how to work it they're going to be calling you to fix it.

The operating agreement spells out the parties roles which makes the whole thing more believable as being a separate entity, and is more formal like a company is.

He would live in one of the units and manage the day to day activities, I would assume a consultant role while he gets his feet wet.
