Yeah it is Tax time and this has been bothering me since I started renting my condo out in 2010, I have never taken the depreciation for the condo and I have always used Turbo Tax to do my taxes, and I always feel like a surgeon operating on myself, like I know I'm missing something.I have used a professional CPA and was not happy because he left off some obvious stuff and I discovered it and had to do an amendment.at this time I lived in the condo so depreciation was not an issue,I want to use an accountant /CPA but not if I have to tell them what's wrong.
