Depending on your state, what we do here in Massachusetts is a quit claim deed to transfer the title.the ladt time i did this it cost $250 for the attorney snd $100 for filing.Your bank might not like it, but at the end of the day it is similar to selling a house subject to the existing mortgage stating in place.Cheers to your success!

After explaining to the rep that the website said to call if I was using a credit card, I was transferred numerous times and eventually sent to a voicemail!
