Chris AdamsI'm looking for long term renters = less turnover sex offenders have the lowest recidivism rate of ANY convicted criminal. i would have no issue whatsoever renting this property at 800-1000 a month but when i can rent it to a person that no one wants to rent to because of people like; you that makes a long term renter for me. :) so thus i would say i have an idea of my target renter, thank you :)yes Crystal, you are absolutely correct and i may just rent bedrooms out by the week. thus eviction should one become necsary would not be an issue.

As for the Super Bowl being a lifelong 49er fan and season ticket holder I have been to a few and watched them all.. not nearly as fun as when your team is in it.. and this one was pretty much a dud unless your a Bronco's fan defensive battle offense's were terrible.

The cheaper ones are around 1K – 2K in cost, and I think those should be OK if you’re just looking for major criminal or civil infractions.If the person you are looking at is registered with the NASD, you can see their history of major offenses and infractions via the NASD website (it’s called the NASD Broker Check: http://pdpi.nasdr.com/PDPI/ ).
