In other words to me it seems there is a conflict of interest for the same bank to refi me as in the end if done correctly I should no longer have PMI and a lower payment both of which is less money for the bank.

With the big company's, they pack the schedule so tight, you don't have time to do things the correct way every time, not even most of the time.My point is, maybe start looking for contractors with their own name on the truck.
