Guidelines need to change to make sure the Flippers are not being replaced completely by the next big rage "New Construction".I believe in the next few weeks or months companies that only did Fix and Flip / Bridge Loans with a couple of rental loan thrown in for good measure will SHIFT to funding Ground Up New Construction.

Multiple points of entry in a busy centrally located area, the new Buckhead plaza is rounding out construction, great amenities, opportunity to rent out and achieve great rents, very secure as well.

All costs/acquisition/marketing would be on me and the contractor will manage the construction project side of business. what would be a good rate to give him from the profit margin.What other partnering Partnership would be possible ?
