After the purchase last year, I do not have extra cash laying around so lately I have been researching lenders and ways to access funding.

Only with good communication can your real estate business run well and keep you and your tenants happy.When I am screening out PM’s before I invest in a new area I expect the PM to be on their “A” game and be in constant conversation with me because he wants to get my business.

From the looks of it there is a lot of information we have access to.

I'm probably going to be upgrading my profile soon to have even more access to the website. 

I have a realtor who can give me access to the MLS, so next steps will be to run analysis on actual properties.

Is allowing MLS access allowed within MLS rules? 

I am outstanding in communicating and relating to clients, maintaining constant contact using the latest technology and keeping them informed on any developments, which may affect the purchasing, sales and marketing process.  

SARs filed pursuant to the regulations go into a database that is accessible to regulatory agencies and law enforcement on the federal, state and local levels.

I am not a huge fan of garden apartments but this building is built out to have a legal basement with very good access and ceiling height so hate to waste that value add if we can contest or file a few documents and get a legal 4th unit.  

All of my best deals have all been introduced to me by agents/brokers and the occasional wholesaler.Also, I constantly monitor the MLS and setup alerts in different areas I am farming and make aggressive offers quickly and methodically.
