Honestly being new to it all I feel clueless and long distance seems more complicated than local investing.

If they just moved in though and have a lease you have to honor it or get them to agree to leave so that could complicate things if they are on a term lease.

This is actually a complicated issue, I guess I would ask a couple of things:1.

Why that's the case gets complicated but I think it is generally the best option for slew of legal/practical reasons.
