setting up LLC for out of state investment property

Hello BP,

I recently purchased a duplex in Pennsylvania and am planning to put it under an LLC. (I am aware I should have set up the LLC before hand) I have received a lot of conflicting feed back from the research I've done/people I've consulted regarding what state I should register the LLC. I currently live in New York, what state would make the most sense (financially) to open up and LLC for my property in PA: in the state the property is located; in the state I currently live in; in some other state that has low income tax?

Thanks in advance
