Just curious if folks send a 1099 to their bulk trash removal companies like waste management or city comptroller's for bills like water/sewer 🧐

And its not because I went with a cheap company, I did the opposite to try and insure quality. 

I have a couple of places where the tenants can't get the water in their name (rules from the water company), so I get the bill every 3 months, let them know how much it is, and they add it to the next rent.

They just started lending in 2018 with a purchase of another mortgage company so not much time under their belt from creation date.My opinion is if you put your buyers or your own business in the hands of a fairly new lender and expect great things it may not turn out as planned.
