Should our real estate investing company invest in investor lift?

Is Investor lift worth the cost for disposition of properties? Looking to scale but it’s a huge cost. Looking to spend a ton on seo and Google ads and sell on investor lift. But a ton of money. Any advice and suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
