I don't know much about those communities but ill definitely check them out.My goal was to stick in Watertown/Waltham and was thinking of checking out Revere/Malden/Chelsea but I've never thought to look South of the city, and now will.Jay

My question to the community is what should I look for in terms of common problems.

I'm looking into a community now of garden-style apartments that listed as Section 8 housing for 65 and up.

I would just like to know what I could do in order to get my foot in the door in the Real Estate Investing Community.
