Hello Everyone,

I just joined BP and after reading numerous informative threads and comments, I would love to introduce myself to the rest of the team.

I am completely new to real estate investing, and am swamped with all of the incredible information on this site. At first I was looking to find classes, webinars, etc to learn more, to learn as much as possible without making costly personal mistakes. However, I realized that because I was scared, I was looking to all of that as an excuse. Many have stated here that the best way to learn is to actually start, otherwise "analysis paralysis".

My value add is that I am a good communicator with strong negotiation skills, love to work with and help people, as well as have significant business operational and financial knowledge. In addition, my many years in the mortgage industry provided great real estate financial knowledge and access to capital. Also, my wife operating an electrical contractor firm, which also has access to a significant list of contractors.

To break into the industry, my first step will be to speak to a friend of mine that has been a realtor for a long time, to see if he wants to go in as partners. He has done flips in the past, and would be a great partner to learn from.

Please review my profile, add me as contact in LinkedIn. If I can be of assistance to anyone, please let me know.
