I recently moved to Colorado in January to start my first job out of college.

But, IMHO the same thing happens to these workers that happens to students that are admitted to colleges that they didn’t really qualify for.

Hi All,My name is Mike and I am a recent college graduate (SDSU) and newbie investor from Southern California.I'm excited to say that after a few months of research and education I have officially jumped into the playing field, sending out ~150 direct mail marketing letters to out of state/area mutifamily property owners across 3 cities.As I continue marketing to owners, I hope to begin screening deals in the next few months.

Why should your wife not be able to but all the makeup she wants at Nordstroms because you have a mental issue in regards to charging what the tenant should be paying.It is not your fault the previous landlord didn't charge the market price for the rents and there is no reason you need to be soft in the head from now going forward.I have one brat who just started college in Fairbanks Alaska and another who just started at Ohio State University.

I don't have a college degree but the salary split of my direct reports with and without one is about 30-40K.Build your credit.Attend networking events.
