i just come across this platform and i was super exited as a builder with own construction company to have such an impressive collection collaboration to start JV. just to come to the realization that this platform is in america and i'm from down-under "Australia" i'll be searching fro similar platform in my country, if i don't find one i'll be creating one!!

I agree that you have to get out and talk to investors , mentors , property management companies , start walking properties so you have a better idea of what properties should be trading at and what operation cost should be for the property size you are looking at.
