thanks to the resources of this board i found tucsoninvestors and it sounds like a great match for me. i am going to try and read/learn/watch what i can while hecticly moving and then attend one of their initial meetings in mid november. i am taking this house and the fact that we need the extra money and the passion i still feel for REI to MAKE myself become an investor. i hope to start being a wholesaler by late december and then pay off debt and save up $10k or so before jumping in myself.
