Normally in spring or summer this same house would get 10-15 showings and at least 5-7 applications of all very qualified people.However as @Greg Scott pointed out good marketing and possibly lowering the rent a little or maybe discount the rent for the first 3 months as an incentive will help get it rented faster.I am not sure there is an "average" time.

Fly in our clear blue sky with minimal wind and perfect temperatures 99% of the time.You might also get some corporate traffic (relocation and temporary) and I have 2 travel nurses looking for places right now as well so they can be attractive,  especially during the summer months when our furnished rentals experience higher vacancy rates.
