Here in FLL the bigger homes do better, as they cater to larger groups.Also, I see you break out the occupancy tax as a line item.

Also you want to know if there are any security deposits and/or ;last months rents that need to be transferred to you as you can bet that if the tenant leaves they will claim they gave the previous landlord both of these items!

and of course I am biased getting my real estate license at 18 in the SF bay area and Brokers at 20.. then becoming a HML its the path I chose but those paths allowed me to intersect with a lot of very smart people and move up the food chain.I had no money when I started I lived at home and drove my parents car the first 8 months of selling real estate until I could buy my own.. its was an Orange Karmen Ghia that baby would be a collectors item today.. !!!

If you do not see HVAC permits, roofing permits, or plumbing permits, this could indicate those homes that will need these items, within a few years.

It's pricey depending on how many units you own.Wondering if the access to all the forms and notices are worth the money as a lot of these items can be found with a casual google search these days anyways
