I use a service called call rail that is a monthly service that gives me 10 # and texting through these numbers and it routes to my personal phone. they can't be linked back to me for my bandit signs for example if the town is trying to find out who it is. it's also great to track where your leads are coming from so i will assign a # to each campaign like bandit signs or mailers and I can see my response rates through this system.

Mathematically you can't prove a negative and you're saying no one else has or can find these leads - - self delusion imo.Secondly, unsolicited texting is spam just like mass-email campaigns from various other commercial services.Hate'm and block the send ever time so your list becomes less valuable over time.btw:  you get an A for effort, but the technology ran away with your reason.

Sending out a well planned direct mail campaign using Class A data and a specialized printer/bulk mailer is extremely inexpensive compared to paying commissions on deals where they got to the seller first.Hope this helps, and good luck...
