You have your plumber, electrician, roofer, carpenter, sheetrock (can often be done by carpenters crew), landscaping, foundation (if needed), siding, windows, HVAC, (the latter 2 are mostly salesman lol...cabinets and countertops etc.

I am seeing some pretty distressed properties going to owner occupants in HUD bids. 30 years old, battered cabinets, filthy, dated, popcorn, wallpaper, moldy tub tile, the works.
