This was a wholesale deal brought to me by my agent Marc Edwards.

If more material will need to be brought in that will increase costs.I'm very curious as to how this deal will work out for you.

I realize her argument will be the smoking takes place outside but my issue with that is the smoke and its odor can be brought in through clothing, hair and if the windows of the building are opened.

This multi-million dollar home just needed to be brought back to her glory days.

@Dave ChapaIt seems like I wouldn’t save them any money going the route I brought up, I was brainstorming and figured I put around 16k in their pocket by not using a realtor but I didn’t know 3% would be going to a buyer agent as well.

More than likely, they will be able to track those messages than texts coming over from random numbers as they have a listing/lead that brought you to them.hope it helps to create more bridges to those you've contacted and hope it goes well reaching out to them :)
