Luxury estate in one of Atlanta, GA's most exquisite Country Clubs. This multi-million dollar home just needed to be brought back to her glory days.

Dated and neglected property remodel. Roof work, electrical, flooring, complete lower level remodel, complete update.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Luxury homes are my passion. Especially in the South. I love the way that the structures can jump from one decade to the next and be even more stunning than before. Older homes were more boxed off and to update you have to really do serious construction open them up. Larger homes tend to be open already they just need the right eye to elevate them to the now.

How did you finance this deal?

Creative Financing

How did you add value to the deal?

Complete lower level remodel, Floors, windows, appliances, bathrooms, pool, outdoor landscaping, lighting,

What was the outcome?

Beautiful, beyond what I imagined

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Unexpected hidden issues, and hurricane disaster in the middle of a rehab

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No
