Most of the property I've located is also from an acquisitions company as well and the two can't work together.If you’re trying to broker property that’s not public ally available for sale, you’ve got a shot a successfully completing a transaction.

I recently just passed my real estate broker exam and are seeking a sponsoring broker.

My question is If my wholesale deal is in for example Baltimore Maryland, can my title company/closing location be at a different city?

I have a "template" of a purchase contract from a title company, but was curious if anyone on here may have access to a really nice contract.  

Just talk to a competent title company or attorney it should be really easy and low stress.
