Most of the time they're willing to share what works, and what doesn't in your area. 

At this point, in theory, bank forecloses, property is sold for 200k, each lien holder is entitled to their share of the profit.  

She moved an hour away.Anyone have a template they are willing to share?

If you have time and wouldn't mind sharing the numbers that would be great.

We are looking to buy a house of our own and she asked for some time to save, so in the meantime, I was going to take some of my extra savings from sharing rent to start investing on my own.However, from day one, living in the house has been a nightmare. 

But nowadays there are also Facebook Groups and this website which can help you connect with someone who might be willing to share some advice.Also share your goal with people you already know, maybe one of them will know your future mentor.

I was just unsure how to say what you and @Cassi Justiz said and didn’t want to let it take up space in my head.....I just shared with my husband last night that I’m still not convinced she’s ready to sell.
