I hear so many people saying that i am wasting time, but I personally think that wholesaling was more difficult .

This isn't "oh you wasted money on due diligence," this is "Thank God you did your due diligence and got your money's worth!"

Don't just waste their time and never bring them any business or worse yet use some mortgage broker because you can save 1/8 of a point.

With respect to the new Garfield waste ticket policy, a city official admitted that that the purpose is to force owners to evict tenants who violate their waste policy (specifically leaving an empty trash bin on the tree lawn for 12 hours).

If someone doesn't already have a voucher and their Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA - IE - Landlord Packet), don't waste time showing them the property. 

For now I would not waste the money if you are not renting it out.

I would suggest you only have the final selected applicants go through that process, you shouldn't waste non-qualifiers money if you can help it.I have had success with marketing my properties on Zillow.
