Debating whether to keep marketing to my clients that own a lot of SFR and 1-4 units, or go bigger?

Yeah, speculating on only the current cash flow vs the bigger pockets future picture is pretty typical BP TK model perhaps. 

I understand I will need liquid cash for repairs and such, but the bigger question is should I go where the properties are cheaper so my "risk" is less, or should I continue to wait until I have a much large amount of cash saved?

they are usually paid for performance.. but some bigger outfits actually bring them in as employees with bonuss'everyone has to eat and pay for gas.
