Obviously this tenant has a deep misunderstanding of what the landlord relationship is suppose to look like and blurred or intentionally is ignoring boundaries.Here are some ideas, taking shots in the dark here…1.

so lets see  you have done well by following one of the rules , buying the worst on the block, not the best...but, when I got the call 30 years ago about someone being shot and dying in my place and I realized it wasn't a crank call cause of the address,  it took a couple of days to respond.
