You are asking the contractor to drive all the way to the property, inspect the house, do a complete analysis which is really is a lot of time and effort, without you having the slightest intention to use them.

Next time you are there, check to see if the Pergo is buckling/peaking a bit at the seams--that's a sign of moisture.If this is to be a rental, I'd completely rule out carpeting and look at vinyl planking--it's water proof, and easy to maintain and repair.

I do believe this approach is completely legal, but the more I attempt to research on the correct way to negotiate a note purchasing, the more confused I get.Now, a few days ago we received a package that must have weighed 50 pounds, via certified mail, that HSBC will be holding a foreclosure auction in about 3 weeks.
